How can I get samples?

A4 size samples are free. You only need to pay for the shipping fee.
Tell us the specifications of the samples you need and your address. We will send you logistics routes with different delivery times and costs for you to choose from.
If you have a collect account or freight forwarder. You just need to tell us the relevant information. We will arrange to send out the samples.

Do you accept small quantity order?

Yes. We support small batch customized production. We would like to grow up with you together. Please contact us and let us know the quantity you need. We will provide you with a one-on-one solution.

Can i get meter size samples?

Of course. It need sample fee for meter sample. The charge can be returned when there is a firm order.

How is the fabric produced?

After you confirm the fabric specifications, quantity, and price. We will produce color samples according to the Pantone color code for your confirmation. After confirming the color is correct, we will arrange for mass production. After mass production is completed, we will send you meter sample for confirmation. Arrange shipment after confirming accuracy.

What is the packaging of the fabric?

Usually rolled with paper tube inside, transparent plastic bag and weaving woven bag outside or as customers' requirement

May i get a cheaper price?

A workable discount will be given if there is a large quantity you need.

I'm a designer, can you produce the fabric by my design?

All of our fabrics are customized for production. So it's not a problem for us to producing your design.

What are your payment term?

T/T, 30% deposit, 70% payment before shipment.

L/C, at sight or within 30 days.

The other payment terms are also negotiable.

What kind of transport service can you provide?

FOB & CIF is the usual way. Besides, DDU, DDP is also availabel.

What is your delivery time?

The delivery time is various according to quantity and fabrics. Usually 15-20 days. If you need the fabrics urgently, we till try our best to make it in time.

The delivery time will be informed with the order confirmation together.

Why is the final quantity different from the quantity I ordered?

Due to the presence of a certain shrinkage rate in the fabric. The final quantity may differ by ± 5% from the ordered quantity. The final quantity of the order shall be subject to actual conditions.

For example, you ordered 1000 meters. The final quantity after production is 1012 meters.

How do you ensure quality?

We can send you bulk meter sample for confirmation. We also support third-party inspections at our factory.

If there are any quality defect, we will afford all the lost caused by us.
